The mission of the Family Health Council of Central Pennsylvania, Inc., is:

To Build and support community-based health networks through partnerships, education, advocacy,and effective resource allocation.

ADVOCACY - Fundamental right of all families to have access to quality health care which is private, confidential, and affordable will be universally recognized

SCOPE OF SERVICE - The client base, services, provider network, and financial base will have expanded without boundary in order to fulfill the unmet health care needs of all people

COMPETENCY - FHCCP and its network of service providers will be recognized for their skilled, educated and ethical personnel and for business and professional practices that meet the highest quality standards.
