Public Health Contract Manager

Private, not-for-profit organization that coordinates public health grants for a 24-county region seeks a high-energy individual to analyze and interpret regulations, manage contracts and budgets, maintain positive relationships with funding agencies and service providers, prepare and coordinate reports and establish programmatic work plans. Must possess excellent analytical, customer service and communication skills and must demonstrate strong competency in Excel and Word. Experience in public health with an interest in adolescent health, cancer screening and preventative health care coordination preferred. Some travel including a limited amount of out-of-town trips is required. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

Director of Reproductive Health Compliance and Quality Improvement

Private, not-for-profit organization that coordinates public health grants for a 24-county region seeks a high-energy individual to provide clinical oversight for a reproductive health program. This position supports FHCCP’s mission to improve the health of low income people in central PA. Major duties include: developing policy, providing education and technical assistance regarding programmatic standards and clinical guidelines, providing technical expertise to contracted reproductive health care facilities on program clinical operations, performing on site reviews, including observation of operations, documenting and analyzing data, preparing final reports and recommendations for quality improvement plans. Candidate must be interested in a high-performance work environment that is characterized by positive, empowered and self-directed work teams and a commitment to continuous improvement. Must possess excellent analytical, customer service and communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Minimum Qualifications: PA licensed RN with a minimum of 2 years clinical experience or licensed BSN. Experience in women’s health desired.
