Clinical Administrator

Private, not-for-private organization that coordinates public health grants for a 24-county region seeks a high-energy individual with clinical experience to provide clinical guidance for a family planning program including policy development, training, technical assistance, and monitoring of subcontractor provider network. Candidate must be interested in a high-performance work environment that is characterized by positive, engaged and proactive problem-solving, dedication to learning, empowered and self-directed work teams and a commitment to continuous improvement. Must possess excellent analytical, customer service and communication skills and must demonstrate strong competency in Microsoft Office software. Must have a minimum of 5 yrs. experience and current valid license to practice in PA as a BSN, CRNP, PA-C, or CNW. Moderate travel including occasional overnight trips is required. Accounting Specialist

Private, not-for-profit organization that coordinates health related services in 24 counties in central PA, seeks highly motivated, professional individual for full-time position to coordinate and lead administrative fiscal operations. Responsibilities include financial reporting, budget preparation, cash management, and oversight of audit and banking relationships. Candidate will have excellent computer and communication skills and be team oriented. BS in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience required. Candidates must have: fund accounting experience with not for profit organizations; excellent analytical skills; team leadership and solid organizational skills. Demonstrated experience with internal control concepts, public funding requirements and the organization of fiscal process required. Experience with Sage Fund Accounting software preferred.
