Community Outreach Educator

Not-for-profit healthcare agency based in Somerset County is seeking a part time Community Outreach Educator to provide innovative programs for teens and for parents in surrounding communities; work with SNAP eligible participants, conducting outreach on all agency programs in the community, assisting in fundraising activities. Duties include promoting, scheduling, and conducting outreach education programs that target youth and their parents; screening for SNAP eligibility and community outreach of all Tapestry Programs. Demonstrated experience working in diverse community settings is required. Must possess strong communication, public speaking skills, ability to work with all age groups, excellent computer skills and be a self starter, must have experience in fund raising. Nutritionist

Not-for-profit healthcare agency based in Carlisle is seeking a full-time Nutritionist.  Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics is a must. Local travel and some early evening hours required.
