Private, not-for-private organization that coordinates public health grants for a 24-county region seeks a high-energy individual with clinical experience to provide clinical guidance for a family planning program including policy development, training, technical assistance, and monitoring of subcontractor provider network. Candidate must be interested in a high-performance work environment that is characterized by positive, engaged and proactive problem-solving, dedication to learning, empowered and self-directed work teams and a commitment to continuous improvement. Must possess excellent analytical, customer service and communication skills and must demonstrate strong competency in Microsoft Office software. Must have a minimum of 5 yrs. experience and current valid license to practice in PA as a BSN, CRNP, PA-C, or CNW. Moderate travel including occasional overnight trips is required.
